Luxwater Laundromat

This project is located in a new built residential tower in Elmhurst, Queens where the neighborhood is consisted with mostly minority groups. Though the average income is relatively low, the client sees that there is a growing mid class population and thus wants to target them as higher value customers. So the new laundromat brand "Luxwater"aims to convey a modern, professional and welcoming identity. The interior design style needs to accomadate such branding image, meanwhile offers an efficient functional layout.
